Excellent app ! Moreover I had a problem and I contacted the costumer service : they found a solution (in an hour !!) and everythings fine now !
Purchased for 3 yrs term and during my first yr it was always dropping and was difficult to connect. Tried again after a year and finally it looks like it is working well. No issues and stays connected for the entire session and also connects instantly when I login.
Just one thing which I didnt like is; when you delete a device from the account, you have to wait 1 week to delete another device. Thats kind of weird. If it blocks me to add new, thats a different story but I cannot delete!!! Anyways, I emailed to customer service and they were very prompt (like less than 30-60 mins) and resolved the issue.

Some bad moments
I was Punta Cana and I tried a Canadian address tried to use my Fibe Tv i got a error outside of country. It didnt work for me.
New update made the sub I had bought unusable on my iPhone5. That’s pretty crappy. What’s up with that?
If you like to get ripped off when making in app purchases then youll love this app. These guys are bait & switch artists. Received an in app notification "buy 3 yrs get a lifetime" when I made the purchase they refused to give me the lifetime (did give me 3 yrs though) now I have 5 yrs to keep giving them bad reviews. Save yourself & buy PIA VPN they are the best anyways (search VPN reviews online) their app isnt as nice looking but the company behind the app is solid not like this one.
- Newest update adds "the ability to use redeem codes in the app "OK, ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME MY LIFETIME VPN NOW?
- I guess they have figured out who I am, they now have "compressed" my 5 year subscription to 3 years. RIPPED OFF EVEN WORSE! Buy into this at your own peril.

Do not pay for this app,If you need to change your ip for see something in the other Country, they can read your Ip anyway because this app made just one IP for each country and its easy to read and is not working anyway,always same ip. Not waste your money here,You lose money!
For reasons of my own sometimes I want vpn on and sometimes off. It often creates problems for me when Im using cellular data. When I try to manually turn it off in settings it keeps turning back on. Can we agree that nothing is more frustrating than your internet devices not doing what you ask? Ill change my rating if they fix this issue, but for now its annoying.
I bought 2 subscription. Both of them didnt work. If youre going to China and need a VPN, I suggest you not to buy anything from this developer. I sent them 2-3 emails asking for help when I needed to use the vpn urgently, theyve never answered me until I ask to be refunded. Worst crap ever, dont buy it.
