Finally its working smoothly!

Purchased for 3 yrs term and during my first yr it was always dropping and was difficult to connect. Tried again after a year and finally it looks like it is working well. No issues and stays connected for the entire session and also connects instantly when I login.

Just one thing which I didnt like is; when you delete a device from the account, you have to wait 1 week to delete another device. Thats kind of weird. If it blocks me to add new, thats a different story but I cannot delete!!! Anyways, I emailed to customer service and they were very prompt (like less than 30-60 mins) and resolved the issue.
